Welcome to Our Virtual Tour
Over 50 people are involved in producing our castings. Whether you are a regular customer supporting us with our stock items, or a once-off customer requiring that special promotional gift, each piece gets the same care and attention that has made us the continents largest and most successful manufacturer of caste jewellery.
Our production lines cater from as little as 50 pieces to hundreds of thousands of units. And it all starts with an idea;

Once you have brought us your idea, we get working on it, transforming it into a model. Our skilled staff look at every aspect of the master that will eventually be casted and finished to your requirements. |

The next step is handing the model over to our mould makers. These finely skilled artists ensure that every aspect of the detail is cut into the mould, so that in the casting process, any waste is minimised, allowing us to ensure you get the best deal on the continent. |

Once the mould is manufactured to our exacting specifications, it's handed over to our team of casters. Using centrifugal force, the moulten melted metal is poured into the machine, and the rough item produced. |

Once the rough item has cooled, it's passed down the production line to the team of polishers. Here each piece is individually cleaned and checked for blemishes. |

Then it's time for quality control and first level sorting. The trained eye of specialist scan through thousands of pieces on a daily basis, weeding out those pieces that don't make the grade. |

From the second level sorting process, the pieces are passed onto our plating plant. Here the pieces are in the hands of our in-house platers who are responsible to ensure that the finish is exactly what the customer wanted. Further quality control checks and handling process ensures that there is minimum waste with maximum quality. |

After the electroplating process, each piece is sorted and once again checked. Once again, emphasis is placed on quality control, ensuring that only top standard pieces are allowed further through the production process. |

Having passed through the quality control stage, it's almost at the finished stage. Now it's time to put the pieces all together, depending on the customers requirements. Key chains are assembled, links are put together and all the requirements for the finished product finalised. |

It's now time for the storeroom staff to take over. Here special care is taken to ensure that the goods reach you in good nick. We know and understand the problems that couriers face, so we pre-empt the problems. That's why each order is so carefully (and lovingly) wrapped. |

Every now and then, we take a few samples and put them in our showroom. It's impossible to show all the products we have ever made, so at best, we can show you a few hundred. At least you get the idea. When in the area, please pop in, we would love to offer you a cup of coffee! |
